Incorporated in 1760 Amherst boasts a Village Common surrounded by original Colonial, Federal and Greek Revival architecture. From Rt. 93/Manchester Area
- Take 93 to 293
- Take 293 to 101 West
- Follow 101 West for about 10-15 minutes through Bedford and into Amherst
- Take the Amherst Exit and take a right at the end of the ramp (You will pass the Police & Fire station on your left)
- Follow Amherst St. for about 1/4-1/2 mile and take a left onto Courthouse rd
- Bear left onto Thornton Ferry Rd. 1 and we are approximately a 1/4 mile on the right side
From Rte.3
- Take Exit 8 in off Rte. 3 in NH
- Take a Right onto 101a West
- Follow for about 10 minutes through several sets of lights
- Take Right on Route 122 toward Amherst Village for several miles
- Turn Right on Courthouse Road for 1/4 mile
- Take Sharp Right on Thornton Ferry Road 1 and we are about a 1/4 mile on the right side.
