Sunny Fox Suite (first floor): Two room suite with separate bathroom. Bedroom is equipped with a queen bed. Adjoining glassed porch has a futon, eating area, TV, small fridge. And a lovely view of the horses. $125/night. (Additional charge for extra person(s) on the futon)

Fox Den (2 nd floor): One room equipped with a queen bed, TV, desk/bookcase and small fridge. Bathroom is separate. $100/night

Twin Fox Room (2 nd floor): Twin bedded room with separate bath $85/night

Rent all three rooms

You may rent all three rooms for $280.00/per night for up to 6 persons.

• Our B&B is wireless Internet accessible
• All room rates are for single or double occupancy
• Full Breakfast is included
• Rates do not include an 8% NH Room and Meals tax
• 2 night minimum is required
  

Deposits and Reservations

• A deposit of one night’s lodging is required at the time a reservation is made and the balance is due at check-in. Please confirm your reservation on Master Card, Visa or personal check.
• Children under 6 are not permitted
• No pets are allowed
• Smoking is allowed only on the outside porches.
• Check-in is between 2 PM and 8 PM. Please call us if you expect to be later..
• Check-out time: by 11:00 a.m.
• 48 hour cancellation notice is required. You will be charged one night’s stay with less than a 48 hour cancellation notice.
